The staff were absolute lifesavers, helping me out when I got robbed and arranging a cheap taxi to the airport. Plus, I had access to the facilities even after checkout - perfect for my hasty exit. Not much socializing, but I relish the peace and quiet.
Oh, how I adore sweating in my sleep! No air conditioning in the room, just a lovely AC unit in the hallway to tease me.

During my stay at Delil in Kyiv, I was pleased with two standout features. the provided database was incredibly useful, offering comprehensive information about nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport options. It made navigating the city a breeze. the room I stayed in was equipped with wonderfully comfy sofas, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
While my overall experience at Delil was enjoyable, there was one minor downside. The kitchen area was a bit messy at times, which I believe was primarily due to some guests neglecting to clean up after themselves.

The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. The bed was comfortable and the showers had good water pressure and temperature, ensuring a pleasant bathing experience. Additionally, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
On the downside, the shower rooms were small and cramped, making it difficult to move around. Moreover, the unexpected city tax of 20% added onto the bill, which had to be paid in cash, was a bit inconvenient.

The rooms at Hostel Delil are so cozy and cheerful with their brightly decorated interiors. It made me feel instantly at home and lifted my spirits after a long day of biking. Plus, the heating was a much-appreciated bonus during the chilly evenings.
Personally, I found the shared bathroom fitted with a shower a bit inconvenient.

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of the city, with all the comforts of home. the location was perfect, allowing us to explore the city center with ease. the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable environment for our family of four. the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. We loved the free amenities, such as coffee and tea, and the option to do laundry on site. All in all, it was a great place for our family to stay.
The beds could have been more comfortable.
